The dual-track seam shown in this video should raise plenty of questions – questions you might want answered on your next project! With competent and proper installation methods, QC, and full-time CQA, this sample would never have been obtained. And, without competent CQA inspection of completed fusion seams with CQA allowed to take destructive samples on suspect areas, there would be a substantial leak in the bottom of this cell.
