The Christmas holiday season is upon us which will be followed shortly by ringing in the new year. Many use the holiday season as a time for some honest reflections followed by new year’s resolutions which are goals set to help ensure undesirable practices are left behind or changed into those resulting in improvement.
I’ve taken some time to reflect on our industry over the past several weeks.
